August 2nd, 2021 Wrestling Odds: First Summerslam match, CM Punk Props

Last week in the debut article covering the weekly betting odds, all we had was futures markets.

I’m pleased to see that we now have two new sets of odds available to bet on this week in the wrestling world.

One deals with WWE Summerslam, the other is a wrestling betting prop involving CM Punk’s first opponent.

Both are available at BetOnline.

Here are this weeks two new betting markets:

WWE Summerslam Betting Odds:

BetOnline has added the odds for the RAW Women’s Title match.

That match is a triple threat with Nikki A.S.H. defending against Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair.

Nikki A.S.H. is the favourite at the moment, at -115 odds. That was the odds she opened up and nothing has yet changed.

Rhea Ripley is next favourite at +150, followed by Charlotte Flair at +175.

Those are currently the only betting odds available for Summerslam.

CM Punk’s Next Opponent

The online sportsbook BetOnline had these odds up yesterday. Checking today to see if there was any line movement or anything they have actually been removed.

Hopefully just a temporary thing and they add them up again.

The betting rules were who would be CM Punk’s first singles opponent?

There were only 9 wrestlers available.

Daniel Bryan and Darby Allin were both joint favourites at +200.

That was followed by Christian Cage at +300 and Orange Cassidy at +500.

Next up we had three wrestlers at +700: Chris Jericho, Cody Rhodes and Matt Hardy.

Finally we had Jungle Boy at +900 and Sting at +1000.

There’s a lot of potential other opponents for Punk so hopefully they add a bigger market with more wrestlers.
